The producer doc
/[org]/[show]/run-of-show is your ceremony-day source of truth: doors / show-start / curtain times, producer notes (markdown), and a "lock" that prevents accidental edits during dress rehearsal.
Crew + roles
Add producers, stage managers, technical directors, FOH, audio, lighting, video, runners, hosts, presenters, and security. Each gets a call time + station ("FOH mix", "Stage left"). The list export is your Call Sheet.
Call sheets
Generate a PDF call sheet from /run-of-show/call-sheet. Include only certain roles (e.g. "FOH crew + runners only"), filter by call-time, and version it (revisions are auto-numbered).
Guest list
/run-of-show/guests — add guests with name, email, phone, role (NOMINEE / PRESENTER / HOST / SPONSOR / PRESS / VIP / etc.), RSVP status, +1s, dietary, accessibility, press flag. CSV import + per-guest QR pass.
Seating chart
/run-of-show/seating — add tables with capacity + sponsor binding. Drag (or click-to-assign) RSVP-yes guests to tables. Capacity warnings prevent over-seating; unassigned VIPs surface in a sidebar so you don't forget the ED's table.
QR check-in
Each guest's PDF pass carries a QR code. At the door, your check-in staffer opens /run-of-show/checkin (web) or the Check-in tab in the mobile app and scans. Aclamos shows their name, +1 count, role, and table assignment. Already-checked-in passes show "already in" instead of double-counting.
The mobile scanner works fully native via expo-camera; the web version uses the browser BarcodeDetector API with a manual-entry fallback.
Guest comms
/run-of-show/comms — compose email or SMS to a filtered audience (roles / RSVP status / specific tables). Send via:
- Aclamos default (SMTP2GO) — instant, no setup
- Your Gmail / Microsoft 365 (OAuth) — messages come from your address
- Mailchimp — for very large lists
- Twilio SMS for text comms
Connect senders at /[org]/settings/senders. SMS to non-opted-in numbers is blocked; opt-in language at the point of phone-number capture is documented in the TCPA section.
The Cue control desk
Separate from Run-of-Show: /[org]/[show]/ceremony is the live show-day control desk for category reveals — INTRO / HOST_INTRO / PRESENTER / REVEAL / ACCEPTANCE / BREAK / OUTRO. Each cue can fire OBS / sound / lighting / Slack actions. Recommended for shows with a serious ceremony production.
