Aclamos does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California Civil Code § 1798.140. This page is provided to satisfy our notice obligation and to record your preferences anyway — if we ever change the practice you are pre-registered for the opt-out.

This form also lets California residents limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121).

Aclamos honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out without you needing to fill in this form.

What “sale” and “share” mean

Under the CCPA/CPRA, “sale” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. “Share” means disclosing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Aclamos's sub-processor relationships do not constitute “sale” or “share” — sub-processors handle your data on our behalf only and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes. Authorized agents

If you authorize an agent to submit this request on your behalf, attach written authorization (signed by you) when emailing privacy@aclamos.app. We will verify the agent and the authorization before acting.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you Services, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of Service because you exercised your privacy rights.
